Tinnitus is the term used to describe the condition of hearing a ringing, buzzing, humming, or whooshing sound in the absence of an external sound. Some tinnitus is related to hearing loss and can be addressed with hearing aids. During your hearing exam we can perform a tinnitus test to determine the cause and severity of your tinnitus.
